Adult Dance


Summer Schedule: Starting June 4th!

*You must register for every class AT LEAST 4 hours prior by sending an email to with your name the class and class time!

*If canceling a class you must cancel at least 2 hours before the class time.

*Failure to not cancel on time, or failure of a no show will result in a $10 late fee!


Ballet Blast for lean tone muscles!

Ballet Blast - is a whole body workout that targets your arms, legs, core, and butt.  Integrating a ballet barre, cardio, and isometric movements you will be sure to leave the studio feeling the burn!  This workout may not seem hard, but wait till you try it – come challenge yourself!

*NOTE: You do not need any dance experience for this class, this is not a dance class!

Please Bring a yoga mat!


Adult Ballet

Adult Ballet - is an artistic dance form performed to music using precise and highly formalized set steps and gestures. Classical ballet, which originated in Renaissance Italy and established its present form during the 19th century, is characterized by light, graceful, fluid movements and the use of pointe shoes.


Adult Tap – This class is devoted to tap technique, teaching simple rhythms, dancing to the beat of the music and staying together as a group.


Adult Modern- This class centers on a dancer’s own interpretations instead of structured steps, as in traditional ballet dancing. A modern dancer rejects the classical ballet stance of an upright, erect body, often opting instead for deliberate falls to the floor.
