Zumba® – –  a Latin-inspired, fun and energetic dance-fitness party where you dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it! This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle toning benefits. It’s a fitness program with a combination of music, culture, & entertainment! 

Self-Care Friday Yoga  – –  A 25 minutes of slow flow to warm up & strengthen your body, followed by 35 minutes of a deep, restorative practice and a relaxing savanna to finish off your week. Optional compassionate, feel-good hands-on assists to support your practice. You will leave feeling pampered, rested, and renewed! (Class is set to soothing music.) 
Unheated Vinyasa yoga – – practice linking breath with movement as we flow thru an energetic series of postures balanced with restorative blend of stretching and twisting
Beginners are welcome & you don’t need to be flexible or a dancer to try any of the classes!
